Patterns of patriarchy are installed in our humanity, perpetuating the original wound of separateness. You must unplug these controls that are taunting you with fearful determination to keep you small. Unshackle gender roles and dismantle domestication that has imprinted weakness and unworthiness within you to sink or shrink in your bones – limiting your direct experience of the Sacred.

Come forth and stand in your gemnuine feminine power.  Not to stand against something, not even to stand for something, but to stand in the energy of Sacred Union – the place where duality comes to rest, fully embracing hte whole, allowing hte alchemy of Lunar and Solar Light to shine through the physical in a halo from head to toe. It’s time to step up and speak out in a way that really matters. Arise; honor the wisdom of your body and holy womb for the awakening of the feminine heart.

When you come to know yourself, not in relation to any other – free from roles, labels and personal masks, and commit wholeheartedly to the depening love within, you:

• Step into your own authority and sovereignty.
• Transform the shame and blame into newly generated energy, harmony and certainty.
• Rekindle the wise, intuitive and instinctive feminine principle that naturally lives in the cells of your female body.
• Reawaken the primoridal Shakti that generates all life with grace.
• Come into balance within, between your instrinsic feminine and masculine qualities.
• Embody authenticity that radiates the life-affirming qualities of the sacred feminine with spiritual succulence.
• Make conscious choices that come from your own knowing, that affirm and make manifest the great gift you are here to give.
• Claim the wonders of your wild spirit so you can generate a life with passion and ease.

When you know – deep in your heart – deep in your bones – that who and what you are is sacred, beautiful and worthy, you’ve come home to yourself!  Then, your choices in life will reflect this.

We all, both women and men, have lunar and solar qualities. That’s what makes us whole, balanced and dynamic. When we deny some of these qualities, pushing them back into the shadows, we become out of balance and believe we’re not whole.  However, in order to know what it is to be truly female, we must find some distance from the very male-centric world we’ve been living in throughout the years. In our culture, it can be hard to know our own experience when we’ve been raised (unconsciously or otherwise) to believe that the most desireable qualities are masculine and that the feminine qualites are weak and undeserving.

When we step back from our habitual way of doing things and begin to re-source what is truly fulfilling for ourselves as women, we discover that we have our own way of being, a way that is different from men – not better or worse… simply different.  In order to know this and embody what is truly meangful for our spirit, we must create opportunities for clear seeing and embody sensual serenity.  Then we can come to know what it is to be truly a woman in all her mystery!  We begin to know that being a woman is of great value and is profoundly required in these times of change.

My Coaching Approach  When you choose to lay down the pack of burdens you’ve been carrying around for many years, the authentic you comes alive again. It’s completely natural, quickening and intelligent process of surrendering what no longer serves your well-being and forward movement in life.  This comes with feeling and risking and stretching beyond your known slef-imposed limits, but you’ll discover that this authentic you has a natural inclination towards this courageous creativity.

This Coaching Approach is four-fold:

1. Deepening the learning about who and what you really are.
2. Shamanic methods to transform the energy field to free up stagnant energy and life constrictions.
3. Accountability for forward action on your intentions with conscious awareness of your choices in life.
4. Embodiment practices for self-referencing, discovery and empowerment between sessions.

We begin with a 90 minute foundation session where we establish our relationship, discover the foundational tools, review of the information in your preliminary package that’s been completed and forwarded prior to the session, uncover your deepest values, discuss a challenge that’s persisting, a dream your very passionate about, or something that shows up that day.  We’ll take a journey walk into the inner spiral, into the mystery of your own depths to stimulate your energy and alignment with your Spirit.

At the completion of the foundation session, we’ll schedule the rhythm for your monthly coaching session, typically 2 – 50 minute sessions per month.  I ask for a minimum commitment of three months in the beginning.
